Established by Daniela Metters, a physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience. Daniela has spent time working in the NHS, private sector, Ministry of defence and with elite athletes. After studying a Bsc Hons Degree in Physiotherapy at Manchester School of Physiotherapy Daniela worked across Lancashire before travelling to New Zealand and then returning and working across the south of England.
Daniela now offers  a physiotherapy service to you from the beautiful North Cornwall Coast, clinics are mainly in Tintagel although we do offer home visits and gym sessions around the county.
Offering a bespoke service to our patients, spending up to an hour assessing your needs and requirements before together agreeing shared goals to work towards improving your body. 
We will design a plan to achieve these goals and allow you to reach your optimum.
Your unique plan may have elements of functional movement screening, exercise prescription, manual therapy, massage, taping, electrotherapy or acupuncture.
 Daniela and Rob are registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, Health and Care Professions Council. Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and Member of Physio First.

 We are pleased to be able to offer video or home visit  physio consultation sessions if you are unable to get to the clinic or you are unable to get to the clinic to allow you to continue your recovery.
